CLYDE

BRIEF

In 2023, CLYDE underwent an extensive rebrand to position itself as an impact agency.

Throughout this process, I played a crucial role in shaping the new brand's identity by translating the concept into tangible assets and guidelines. This included developing brand guidelines, tone of voice guides, templates, social media content, internal and external communications, pitch decks, a podcast, sub-brands, and the website.

Additionally, I took on the responsibility of continuously creating and integrating new assets into the evolving brand identity. I provided mentorship and guidance to our creative staff and freelancers to ensure alignment with the established brand vision.

OUTCOMES

  • We achieved an increase of 54% in monthly direct website acquisitions and an increase of 10% in new users, indicating a significant improvement in brand visibility and user engagement. (May 2023 compared to May 2024)

  • Additionally, we saw a 28% increase in LinkedIn followers and an increase of 0.4% in engagement rate, demonstrating the effectiveness of our integrated approach across multiple channels.


BRAND DEVELOPMENT

This one would say I partnered with my creative lead and an outside creative director to develop the brand and identity.

I constructed website pages for each sub-practice using WordPress, showcasing our team's expertise. I also led the development of the tone of voice and social media content strategy while directing the art across various social media channels.


WEBSITE REDESIGN

The existing website was overdue for a redesign to highlight key differentiators, specifically our proprietary Collision Model™. I managed the vendor relationship to build the website, led content brainstorms, and built out individual landing pages for practice areas.

I subsequently trained team members in using our WordPress template and best practices for the brand.


BRAND REVEAL VIDEOS

Brand reveal videos were executed in stages, starting with the logo, followed by the new brand color palette, and concluding with the tagline. This strategy successfully built anticipation and excitement within the company and resonated effectively across various social media platforms.


DRIVING IMPACT

Driving Impact is a series of events that capture moments of controlled collision, bringing together thought leaders from various industries to provide diverse perspectives on pressing issues.

The inaugural event was an in-person panel discussion focusing on the intersection of business and democracy. In this event, my key contributions included leading art direction for email invitations, capturing content during the event, overseeing on-site production, managing post-production tasks, and ensuring successful rollout of the event.


CLYDE SOCIAL MEDIA

We reimagined and reinvigorated our internal team as part of the rebrand. In addition, we optimized our social media efforts and prioritized our audience, providing value that aligns with our strategy.


CLYDE COLLISION PODCAST

The CLYDE Collision Podcast, hosted by CLYDE Managing Director Lisa Josephy, explores emerging trends in the healthcare space. I worked closely with internal stakeholders and managed relationships with freelance editors to edit and produce the podcast.

I managed the development and creative direction of the podcast as an extension of the CLYDE brand. Together, we developed a unique visual identity consisting of logos, cover artwork, launch animation, and promotional materials.
